Charles Newsome, retired vice president of Johnson Concrete Products and Carolina Stalite, both in Salisbury, N.C., is the third member of the National Concrete Masonry Association Hall of Fame, recognizing individuals who have demonstrated exemplary leadership and service to the association and industry.
